The project area is located approximately three km Southeast of Nkandla Central Business District. The three-month project involved the construction and installation of a steel structure and roof for a cosmetic factory hall. Construction work included brickwork for 230mm foundation walls, 115mm walls, M140 walls, and 150x15mm segmental concrete cement sills.
In addition, as part of the scope of works, the design and build of the new boardroom, offices, factory and storage facility was undertaken.
